My Web Address

As part of this service, you will receive a Web Site Address that is a sub-domain address based on the main www.myarbonne.ca address. As part of the sign up process for this service, you will be able to select the prefix for your Web Site Address. For example, if you select the prefix "pure", your Web Site address will be pure.myarbonne.ca . If you select the prefix "betty", your Web Site address will be betty.myarbonne.ca . Once you choose your prefix and complete the sign up process, users will be able to type your Web address into their Web browser in order to get to your Web Site.

Can I use a Web address other than what the system provides?

No. At this time all Web addresses must be a sub-domain address under the main www.myarbonne.ca address using the following format prefix.myarbonne.ca.

I already have my own Web Address. Can I use that instead of what the system provides?

No. At this time all Web addresses must be a sub-domain address under the main www.myarbonne.ca address using the following format prefix.myarbonne.ca.

Can I change my Web Site address anytime in the future?

We can change your web and email address for you, but it is a manual process
our technical people must perform and there is a $25 charge for this unless
you are within the first 30 days of your account activation. We can either
charge it to the existing credit card we have on file for you or you can
provide a new credit card or you can send a check.

To request a web site address change, do the following:

Send an email to support@inethostco.com and in the email request to change
your web site address. Include the following:

  1. Your current web address
  2. What you want as your new web address
  3. Your current email address
  4. What you want as your new email address
  5. How you would like to pay (existing card, new card, or check)

If you would like one of the addresses to stay the same, please let us know
that as well. Please note that the change will take about 48 hours to
process once a valid request is received. You can check if an address is
taken by typing the address you want into the address bar of your browser.
If a web site comes up, the name is taken. If you get an error, the address
is available.

When I type in my Web Site address my Web Site does not show up?

This could be due to several issues. Systems may be temporarily down, your Internet connection may have a temporary problem, or there may be problems or traffic on the Internet. Try again a few more times after 10 or 15 minute intervals. If you cannot reach your Web Site after a prolonged period of time (hours), please contact customer service using the online contact us form.
